In 1988, Ch. Ramachandra Reddy and B Venugopal , founded a structural consultancy firm called Ram and Venu Associates. They provided consultancy services to over 100 buildings in twin cities. In the year 1990, they established R V Associates and ventured into construction business.
Our Managing Director, Ch. Ramachandra Reddy and Executive Director B Venugopal are noted civil engineers. Beginning their careers as Design Engineers, they provided structural designs to several notable projects at Hyderabad and Vishakapatnam
Two firms, R V Constructions and Vivekananda Constructions, established in the year 1990, amalgamated to form R V Nirmaan (P) Ltd , in the year 1995. Over the last several years, we have executed several projects with unique facilities successfully and provided quality construction within budgetary requirements and time deadlines. Each year, we successfully completed construction of about lakh square feet with special emphasis on proper drinking water supply, ventilation, space and parking lot. Till date, about 29 residential and commercial complexes in different parts of Hyderabad have been successfully completed.
